I am a Clinical psychologist registered with the Heath and Care Professions Council (HCPC). I integrate different therapeutic approaches depending on each client’s needs, expectations and goals:

- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to help you gain new perspectives and alternative ways of thinking, behaving and managing your feelings and symptoms

I have a sensitive, compassionate and non-judgemental approach. Through active listening I create a safe environment where you can openly express your thoughts and feelings. The therapeutic relationship is key as it offers a safe environment to explore and to deepen your self-knowledge, as well as relieving symptoms through self-reflection, and curiosity about your internal life and behaviours.
I have extensive experience providing long-term and sort-term therapy to young people, adults and older adults. I have helped people presenting with a wide range of issues such as depression, anxiety, panic attacks, trauma, historic abuse, phobias, bereavement, anger, low self-esteem, loneliness, relationship and family problems, as well as work related issues, stress and adjusting to life changing events, amongst others.
