Short-term therapy has become more popular in today’s fast-paced society. We live in a time of higher demands and you may be seeking quick relief and have less time and money to invest in long-term treatment. In order to tackle the complexity of the mind, this type of therapy is focuses on a specific issue.
During the initial sessions we will work together to agree upon the area you want to prioritise, and the duration of our work together. Short term therapy can help you see your problem or situation in a larger context, leading to alternative ways of thinking, behaving, and managing your feelings. Given the time constraints, we’ll generally use practical strategies to manage your symptoms

The fee is £110 per session
Each session lasts 50 minutes. I recommend 1 session/week.
